This seems to happen almost 75-100% of the time for the 'constantly moving' bug, and 100% of the time for the 'double-press'/stuttering movement bug. In regards to the 'constantly moving' bug and the slow/stuttering movement bug, enter story or battle, start the match, and attempt to move the character for a while using the joystick or D-pad, respectively. To reproduce the bug, when using an Xbox 360 controller, use the Directional pad in a menu (such as the main menu) for the 'double-press' bug. So far, the issues happen in menus and in the main game/story, respectively, from what I've seen. Alternatively, using the D-pad will cause them to move very slowly, and stutter when doing so. When in a menu, if I use the D-pad it will cause my selection to move twice instead of once.Also, when I use my Xbox 360 controller, the joystick will cause my character to continue to move when the joystick is no longer being pressed, occasionally in a completely different direction.
